Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice is prepared by TNT Elektrik Elektronik ve Mühendislik Limited Şirketi ("the Company") as the data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

5. Transfers & International Transfers (KVKK art.8-9)
Your data may be transferred to authorized public bodies as required by law.
Our website's technical infrastructure runs on service providers located abroad (USA). Therefore, when you visit the site, submit a form, or load content such as the map, your personal data (e.g. IP address, form data) is transferred abroad. Main providers:

Legal basis for international transfer (KVKK art.9, effective 1 June 2024):
- Essential infrastructure (hosting, database, content needed to render the site): carried out under appropriate safeguards (the Authority's standard contract), as the service cannot otherwise be provided. *[Signing/notifying standard contracts with providers is recommended.]*
- Optional transfers (analytics and functional cookies, map and similar third-party content): performed only with your explicit consent, which you can give or withdraw via the cookie notice.
6. Retention Period (KVKK art.4, art.7)
Your personal data is kept only as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable law, then deleted automatically:
- Contact form records: 2 years
- Cookie consent records: 3 years
- Data subject request records: 3 years
These periods are set considering legal obligations and the need to prove compliance in potential disputes.
7. Your Rights (KVKK art.11)
You may exercise your rights via our Data Subject Request Form or info@tntmuhendislik.com. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
